Volunteer Team
As a nonprofit corporation, we have to maintain a Board of Directors, which we call our Board Members below. This board makes decisions and handles a lot of our legal stuff. The more fun and interesting work comes from our Staff positions. Staff have specific jobs and carry out the goals and desires of the board. They are the point-of-contact for the public and our the heartbeat of the organization. Advocacy positions are not considered 'Staff' (this makes more sense when you read about events in our policies)
Staff: Directors
Directors run the day-by-day business, keeping us on-goal
Staff: Event Coordinators
ECs are the point of contact for events. They work with hosts and companies to get our venue used and loved
Advocacy
Advocates are volunteers with a particular love and special interest. Staff calls out to them for opinions and thought support
Board Members
Board Members manage assets, finances, and vote to make very high-level changes. You can find our Board Meetings linked in the site footer
