Consent Q&A

Yesterday, you asked someone if you could hold their hand, and they said yes. You are seeing the same person today for dinner. What level of consent do you have with this person?

👉 I should ask to hold this person's hand each time

Unless you've asked to do this in advance, or an ongoing type of consent, you should not assume that you have consent in the future
