We want to show our gratitude to all kink and alternative lifestyle educators in the area, especially those who have been, will be, and are considering teaching in our space. If you teach about kink or alternative lifestyle, regardless of the topic or how often, we would love to meet you!
This event is mask required to make it the most accessible to the most people. Kink Center is an accessibility-first, non-profit organization located in Capitol Hill. Our space is ADA accessible with viral-safer precautions and air conditioning.
Don't teach? No problem! You are still very welcome to attend. We encourage those who support education in kink spaces to come and mingle!

This free, mask-required class will cover the basics of engaging with the US electoral system as a form of harm reduction. We'll cover all the basics you forgot (or never learned) in civics class: the branches and levels of government, how to figure out who ostensibly represents you, and how to pester them into actually representing you and the rest of the kink community.
This class assumes no prior knowledge and no political affiliation. The first hour will be lecture and Q&A-based, while the second hour will give you the opportunity to put what you learned into practice by writing to your reps.

When your most-familiar forms of sexual expression have become dangerous, alienating, unfamiliar can you learn to share your heart’s deepest fears and desires? At this bar the music’s pulsing beat and the burning heat of other men’s bodies call to you. Beautiful boy, when the clock strikes midnight are you going hard or going home?
In this larp players use a variety of embodied meta-techniques to stand in for BDSM play, reaching for the sensations and emotions their characters do. Play is an emotional mix of discovery and anxiety as characters decide how to re-enter BDSM and whether to forsake the exchange of body fluids.

This is an 18 and over event with no alcohol on site. We will provide a small assortment of NA drinks and snacks, feel free to bring something to share. Please note that we will be checking IDs at the door to verify age, so make sure you have yours available.
Doors at 7pm, No entry after 10pm. Due to limited space and the nature of the event, registration is required. There will be no tickets sold at the door.
We are pleased to say that our venue is fully ADA accessible and is well equipped with air purifiers throughout the space. A volunteer will be at the gate entrance off Pike to check ID and provide access.

We want to show our gratitude to all kink and alternative lifestyle educators in the area, especially those who have been, will be, and are considering teaching in our space. If you teach about kink or alternative lifestyle, regardless of the topic or how often, we would love to meet you!
This event is mask required to make it the most accessible to the most people. Kink Center is an accessibility-first, non-profit organization located in Capitol Hill. Our space is ADA accessible with viral-safer precautions and air conditioning.
Don't teach? No problem! You are still very welcome to attend. We encourage those who support education in kink spaces to come and mingle!
