On Mastery & Slavery: Defining the Dynamic
Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Mastery and slavery are not predefined roles to step into, nor are they inherent character traits. They are intentionally constructed identities rooted in personal meaning, and must be consciously defined before they can be clearly communicated or authentically lived.
What is M/s really? And how is it different from D/s, topping/bottoming, or what we see portrayed in pornography and other media?
In this foundational class, we move beyond assumptions and into intentional definition. Through guided discussion and philosophical framing, participants will explore what “Master” and “slave” mean to them personally, how those meanings differ from common narratives, and how to communicate those definitions to potential partners. Whether you’re brand new or re-examining your path, this class offers language, clarity, and a starting point for building something real.
