As a goal, if monthly donations exceed our monthly rent, we can achieve an internal goal of making our space free for all and prioritize access and proactive outreach to underserved and underrepresented communities.

In this scenario, profits or excess beyond a couple months rent (as a safety net) would be used to better our event space and increase Square Footage.

We will work with you to understand the pricing model you are using for your event versus how many people you reasonably expect to show up. We can create a conditional-rate contract that scales as your success increases, so that there is never a case where you owe more than you make.
