Excess funds beyond a safety net of two months rent are used to improve the Kink Center venue and increase square footage.

Kink Center staff work with event hosts to understand event pricing models and expected attendance. Kink Center offers conditional-rate contracts that scale with event revenue, so event hosts never owe more than the event earns.
